Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design and produce master creative, starting from in-store collaterals through print ads, with the ability to create simple animations or effects suitable for digital platforms.
  • Implementing project briefs, executing design layout for both print & web output.
  • Strong multi-project management from concept to completion, including liaising with printers on production requirements.
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance to brand guidelines and directive.
  • Responsible for the alignment of designs according to the brand image, brand position, design criteria, corporate guidelines as well as any other creative and art direction as provided by the company.
  • Highly creative, enthusiastic and strong design skills, excellent communication and organization skills.
  • To work closely with the Marketing team to support marketing campaigns and executions of store visual merchandising display.

 

Resource Management and Co-ordination

  • Co-coordinating finished artwork for print production and online medium including media implementations.
  • Liaison with vendors on all production matters.
  • Ensure all completed artwork files are properly transmitted to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Proper documentation of all artwork files and ensure that these files are being archived systematically.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Academic Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma in Visual Communication/Multimedia/Illustration Design with animation or equivalent.


Working experience and knowledge

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, retail and creative/design agency experienced preferred.

 

Skills

  • Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After-Effects, Dreamweaver, Flash animation programme & MS Office.
  • Experience in packaging component is preferred.
