Deputy HR Manager/Senior Human Resources Executive

Job Description

  • Manage full spectrum of Human Resource functions

  • Support current and future business needs through talent attraction, engagement and retention

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process

  • Oversee training and development needs analysis and implementation of training plan

  • Develop and implement staff welfare program or recreation activities

  • Strengthen employee relations by addressing feedback, grievances or other issues

  • Ensure legal compliance

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field

  • Minimum five years of relevant experience as a Generalist function

  • Able to work well under pressure, internal targets and tight deadlines

  • Well-versed in local manpower legislation and practices

  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Ms Office (word, excel and powerpoint) preferably

  • Must be willing to travel
