Social Event Planner (Match-making. Central. Up to 3.8K)

Our client is a growing local SME with regional expansion plans and provides strategic event planning and creative delivery of meetings and events for a variety of industries, including, technology, pharmaceutical, non-profit, athletic and more. This is a newly created role to support our overseas programs for mid to larger sized corporations. 

Candidates with direct consumer/B2B sales background are highly desirable.
Successful applicants will be in the core team members and gets to be involved in the forming stage of the Singapore branch.

Job Scope:

  • Connect with potential clients (eligible singles) to invite them down for Dating Consultations
  • Encourage relevant services and advices to meet their needs (eligible singles)
  • Deliver high level of client service by handling the entire Sales Process and providing good after sales service
  • Build a rapport with existing and new clients to service their accounts
  • Develop and executing our business expansion plans
  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of sales and operations to ensure growth and increased profitability.
  • Ensure the team achieve their KPIs Overall business and performance success
  • Collaborate with existing business development associates and managers to leverage for new revenue opportunities to grow the business

Job Requirements:

  • Drive to achieve sales target
  • Independent & able to taking responsible for own work progress and in managing the entire sales process
  • Attractive commission, incentive scheme and training provided
  • Min. Dip/Degree (Any field)
