Temporary Customer Service Assistant

 

  • $8/hr
  • Anson Road
  • Normal Office Hours ( Monday to Thursday: 8.45am — 5.45pm, Friday: 8.45am to 4.45pm)

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle customer telephone enquiries
  • Administrative duties such as processing of policies, filing, data entry
  • Sorting of mails/ faxes/ emails

 

Working Hours

 

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.45am — 5.45pm
  • Friday: 8.45am to 4.45pm

 

Employment Period

 

  • 3 months

 

Location

 

  • Anson Road

 

Salary

 

  • $8/hr

 

Requirements:

 

  • Min ‘O’ Levels
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Computer literate
  • Customer Service & administrative experience preferred
  • CGI and HI certified will be an advantage
