Responsibilities
Managing of the Information Counter and exhibiting excellent customer service skills in the course of duty
Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public
Handling of customers’ feedback and complaints
Perform paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines
Handling and administering of lost and found items
Assist in Marcom’s events as well as other promotional activities
Performing of simple administrative and clerical duties

Salary: 
$1500 - $1700 nego  *Depending on qualification/ experience

Working Hours:
1st Shift - 0930hrs to 1730hrs
2nd Shift - 1300hrs to 2100hrs
3rd Shift - 1400hrs to 2200hrs
* During promotion periods, 3rd Shift will be 1415hrs to 2215hrs
* 6 days a week (according to duty roster, Mon to Sun), 1 day off

Location:
Orchard / Somerset

Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ level and above
Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in similar capacity
Possess a pleasant disposition and passion for service excellence
Be proactive and attentive to details
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
Required to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
