  •          Mon to Fri:  8.30am to 5.30pm
  •          Sat:  8.30am to 12.30pm
  •          $3500 - $4500



  • Production of structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
  • Coordination of the BIM model with other disciplines (using Autodesk Navisworks or Bentley Navigator)
  • Leading production of high quality structural drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Interpret design intent sketches provided by the project engineers
  • Ensure that company and project specific model and drawing standards are in compliance
  • Manage the model and drawing submission process


  •          1 Year Contract (Subject to extension/ renewal)



  •          $3500 - $4500 nego *Depending on qualification & experience


Working Hours:

  •          Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  •          Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm


Working Location:

  •          Beach Road



  • hold a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architecture, preferably with BIM Modeling course certification
  • Above 8 years’ experience of working on Civil / Structural Engineering or Buildings projects
  • Able to meet project deadlines whilst producing high quality work 
  • Proficient in the use of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
  • familiar with Singapore BCA e-submission guidelines
  • reliable, self-motivated, and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
