Business Development Executive / Account Manager – Up to $4,000

$3,500 - $4,000

Able to travel frequently to Vietnam and speaks the Vietnamese language


Responsibilities:
Work closely with colleagues cross functionally within organization to apply a broad range of products and services to each business partnership situation.

Account management for accounts in assigned region and all directly negotiated business partnerships to ensure consistency in relationship and maximization of organization‘s business potential from the partnership.

Work with existing affiliates and internal cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, follow through and driving the execution of such opportunities

Identify new leads both in existing territory as well as new territories for potential new affiliations and business opportunities in Southeast Asia and pass over to Business Development Manager for follow up.

Conduct specific trainings and assistance to the staff (sales, operations, and administration personnel).

Conduct periodic inspections and sales location inspections for the purpose of quality control, potential freeze or unfreeze and potential new business opportunities

Achieve sales and business development targets for a defined list of affiliates.

Work closely with newly affiliated development to make sure that they are provided with relevant support which will bring about value add in the sales process


Location:
• Travel frequently to Vietnam for business trip


Salary:
• $3,500 - $4,000


Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the OTA / travel / hospitality industry

Ability to speak Vietnamese language is a must

Excellent Interpersonal Skills. The ability to quickly adapt to any situation, to be accepted by and interrelate with colleagues at all levels. Someone who can share his/her point of view in a confident manner without being overbearing

Demonstrates good level of business acumen and with the ability to think strategically

Good knowledge of the hospitality and real estate development industry. Exposure to and comfort with hospitality companies business models will be advantageous.

Hands-On. Someone prepared to be thoroughly involved in the details of the business negotiation as it develops in order to address quickly the numerous problems and issues that will surface on a daily basis. 

Someone who can go with the flow and remain both professional and calm.

Entrepreneurial.  The ability to drive change in a flexible, adaptive manner with respect for the present.  Demonstrates high degree of initiative, creativity and risk orientation.

Energetic, driven, resourceful, hands-on individual, who operates effectively with minimum direction to pursue his/her objectives relentlessly, yet displays willingness and eagerness to learn and to grow with the organization.

Focused on delivery and with a clear sense of direction and driven by achieving the key metrics.
