Salary: 2000

Permanent Senior Events Sales Executive / Wedding Planner

Senior Events Sales Executive: 

• Mon to Fri: 10am to 6pm

• Beside Tanjong Pagar MRT
 • Salary @ $2800 - $3200

Wedding Planner:

• 44 hours shift a week

• City Hall
• Salary @ $2000 - $2800 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities (Senior Events Sales Executive):

Liaising with musicians, clients, and meetings to facilitate the smooth operation of the event.

Generating Sales

Create and execute a strategy for event leads and long lead generation. This includes identifying key advantage points and opportunities

Live Music Management

Event Operation

Client Servicing

Responsibilities (Wedding Planner):
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and
laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirement
Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for
participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements,
printing and event security
Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays,
and other event needs
Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to
customer requirement

Job Requirements (Senior Events Sales Executive):

1 year in event sales

Strong presence and interpersonal skills with proven experience in dealing with clients face to face

Highly organized and attentive to details. Proficient at mainstream software applications such as Apple keynote and Microsoft Office

Able to cultivate relationships and leverage into sales leads

Able to multi-task, prioritize and immediately respond to internal and external key stakeholders in a professional manner that maintains and develops relationships

Excellent communication and writing skills

Team player who is comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Requirements (Wedding Planner):
Minimum Diploma holder
Experienced in relevant working field-At least 1 year
Proficient in computer knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide alternative
solutions in short notice
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
Responsible and meticulous team player
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Able to work independently
Willing to work weekends & Public holidays
