Project Change Management Manager Up to $7k - 1 year contract @ Kallang

Project Change Management Manager Up to $7k – 1 year contract @ Kallang

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project sponsors/leadership to shape the change vision for a new project implementation, and translate it into a change management strategy and be responsible for the successful delivery of these changes deliverables – change plan, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement strategy, communication programs and training plans, change effectiveness survey and adoption assessment
  • Ensure that change management plan and activities are in alignment with overall program/project plans, objectives and timelines
  • Facilitate one-on-one discussions, focus groups, presentations, surveys, workshops, trainings, etc. to articulate change objectives, understand stakeholder needs and issues, and gather inputs for assessments and improvement to the change plan
  • Ensure key messages are communicated accurately and timely via various innovative channels
  • Deliver training materials and conduct training programs to various stakeholder groups, include sustainable eLearning program
  • Develop and maintain key project documents including presentation materials for meetings, trainings; logs of issues, risks and lessons
  • Perform other duties as required or needed to support the Project

 

 

Period:

  • 1 year contract

 

 

Salary:

  • $5000 to $7000 nego  *Depending on qualification & experience

 


Working hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

 

Location:

  • Kallang

 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years change management and IT system project experience in a large organisation
  • Experience in change management design towards new technology adoption
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to coordinate and manage across teams
  • Ability to create and deliver high impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral)
  • Strong in planning, organizing, problem solving and facilitation skills
  • Experience in HR processes and HR system implementation is preferred
  • Energetic, flexible and proactive
  • Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business or related field
