Marketing Executive/Operation Executive/ Wedding Planner

Salary: 1800

 

1 Year Contract / Permanent

United Square / City Hall 

Mon to Fri 9am to 6.30pm / Shift, including weekend & public holiday/

Salary up to $2,800 

 

Responsibilities

Marketing Executive:

  • Creation and management of Event eDMs, posters, presentation slides and new hire letters
  • Creation and tracking of redemption letters/ ad hoc letters
  • Managing giveaway vouchers’ stock, sign-up gifts’ stock
  • Monthly and quarterly audit
  • Maintaining vendor listing
  • Sourcing of new suitable vendors and/or speakers for relevant events
  • Engaging new speakers
  • Compilation of vendor’s marketing material
  • Securing evergreen discounts from vendors for Workplace Banking customers
  • Collaborating with Retail Marketing team cross segment events
  • Supporting the Marketing and Business Development manager in all other duties pertaining to UOB Workplace Banking and its activities
  • Data entry of event requests
  • Maintenance of Event Trackers
  • Logistics/Event courier/ Security clearance/ F&B co-ordination

Operation executive:

Assist event’s (Wedding & Corporate event) operation for planners:

  • Operation of AV/PA for the event
  • Set up chairs & tables for event
  • Assist program coordination with planners & vendors for event
  • Taking care of stock
  • Filing and sorting of documents
  • Photocopying & Email correspondence
  • Some office supplies, item for event purchase
  • Others event and office miscellaneous duties as assigned, from times to times

 

Wedding Planner

  • Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise
  • Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirement
  • Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security
  • Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs
  • Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to customer requirement

Period

  • Marketin Executive: 1 Year Contract (8 Oct 2018 – 7 Oct 2019)
  • Operation Executive: Permanent (Full-Time)
  • Wedding Planner: Permanent (Full-Time)

Salary

  • Marketing Executive: $1,800 (with completion bonus)
  • Operation Executive: $1,800 to $2,800
  • Wedding Planner: $2,000 to $2,800 (plus incentive)


Working hours:

Operation Executive/Wedding Planner

  • Shift, including weekend & public holiday
  • 44 hours per week
  • Normal working day: 10am – 7pm
  • Event day: By shift 7an to 4pm, or 2pm – 11pm
  • Rehearsal: Depends on the rehearsal time (8 hours + 1 hour meal time)

Marketing Executive

  • Mon to Fri 9am to 6.30pm

Location:

  • Marketing Executive: United Square
  • Operation Executive: City Hall / Bras Basah
  • Wedding Planner: City Hall

 

Requirements

Marketing Executive:

  • No experienced require, training will be provided
  • With fluent English communication skills
  • Candidates should be strong in physical, able to do tables & chairs moving from one place to another
  • Knowledge of Microsoft words, email
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide alternative solutions in short notice
  • Responsible and meticulous team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to learn
  • Willing to work weekends & Public holiday

Operative Executive

  • Experience in areas of marketing and event management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills

Wedding Planner:

  • Education- minimum requirement – Diploma holder
  • Experienced in relevant working field-At least 1 year
  • Proficient in computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide alternative solutions in short notice Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
  •  Responsible and meticulous team player
  •  Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  •  Able to work independently
  •  Willing to work weekends & Public holidays
