Transportation Ambassador

Managing Taxi Queue

  • Managing the Taxis Queues in Marina Bay Sands complex.
  • Providing an unmatched guest services to all departing guests.
  • Systematically loading guests based on queue system
  • Assist with loading / unloading of luggage from vehicle trunk

Traffic Marshaling

  • To manage and direct incoming vehicles into their dedicated lanes
  • To enforce on restriction of vehicles as and when require
  • To ensure the safety of pedestrians / guests on all porte cocheres
  • To manage human traffic by ensuring safety precaution

Ticket Writer / Greeters

  • To welcome all guest arriving for valet services
  • To write and issue valet tickets to guest utilizing valet services
  • To provide information on valet service procedures


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE 'O' Level or High School education
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years' experience working in a Customer Service / Hospitality Industry
  • Must be service oriented
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore attraction.
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore Historical sites
  • Familiar with Singapore hotel locations, places of interest and food establishment locations
  • Able to communicate fluently in English
  • Love meeting people
  • Pleasant, polite and possess an outgoing personality
  • Able to perform shift duties, works on weekends including Public Holidays
  • Able to work under fast pace and under pressure
  • Able to work outdoor with expected humidity condition
  • Have good eyesight with no color blindness
