IT Support - Level 2

Salary: 2400

Responsibility:

Support the project teams in the implementation, installation and configuration of PCs/Workstations O.S., applications and related peripheral devices.  Provide phone and on-site support of the PCs, applications and peripherals for systems.

The L2 IT support will provide 1st level on-site IT support to the end-users.

The L2 IT Support will work with and supervise Level 1 on-site support in resolution of problems and investigation of issue reported by users.

The L2 IT Support will provide findings and timely status update to the Project Manager on major issues escalated by users.

The L2 IT Support will report  to the Project Manager and provide support to the user’s on- site manager.

Requirements:

·         The candidate should possess a NTC3 Certification or Diploma in Information Technology or higher.

·         Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of PC / peripheral devices and application maintenance support will be required.

·         Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a Windows (Windows clients) environment is required.

·         Basic knowledge or experience of database query language (SQL) would be a plus.

·         Only Singapore Citizens need apply.
