Senior Executive, Digital Marketing (Hospitality)

  • Champion and implement the group’s strategies for brand websites and UX, and drive best practices
  • Ensure effective functioning, overall integrity and integration of brand websites and e-commerce platforms
  • Lead and project manage the development of new web assets, including organising user requirement workshops, prepare and conduct user testing, and maintaining project documentation
  • Lead regular and timely enhancements of websites and e-commerce platforms. You will manage budgets and interface with internal stakeholders, IT department and various digital agencies.
  • Constantly identify opportunities, generate actionable insights, implement tests and tools for lead generation, conversion rate optimisation and UX optimisation
  • Regular management reporting on key performance metrics and results of enhancements/ optimisations
  • Day-to-day responsibilities will include: website content updates, maintenance and troubleshooting, website and tag management governance, creation of user guides and internal training.


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Track record of digital project management experience and/or website and Content Management System (CMS) management
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore Experience Management would be a significant advantage
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and HTML will be preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities and able to demonstrate good understanding of Digital Marketing and e-commerce
