Temp Finance Assistant / Executive

Salary: 1200.00

We are looking for a responsbile Finance Assistant to handle full set of accounts. Duties include providing support to our  managers and assisting in daily routine accounting related duties. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Cashflow Function
Data Entry, Filing
Prepare fixed and adhoc billing invoices
Process staff claim
Prepare payment documents to vendors
Check and code AP invoices, match PO/GRN with system
Assist in month end closing activities
Errands to the bank
Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by the Managers

Job Requirements
Knowledge in MS word and Ms Excel required
Min O level
Able to handle full set of accounts
Enjoys routine tasks and able to maintain high-focus levels through these tasks
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
Willing to work overtime when required
