Customer Service (Temp)

Salary: 7.00

Customer Service Assistant, Contact Centre (8 Temp @ $7.50 - $8 Per HR)

  • Attend to incoming phone/email enquiries promptly and professionally;
  • Respond and provide quality customer service support to enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Demonstrate sound judgement and initiative to resolve customers issue;
  • Coordinate between various departments within the organisation to ensure customer issues are resolved;
  • Conduct follow-up if required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ level with relevant working experience in the service industry;
  • Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken & written English & Chinese;
  • Experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage;
  • Perform shift work duties including weekends and public holidays;
  • Possess initiatives & the ability to work under pressure;
  • Positive and team player
  • Willing to work long hours
  • High Commitment
       

Temp Period : 6 Months (May be extended)
