Assistant Manager (Advertising)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Promotions and Merchandising departments to create effective advertising campaign/s to meet their objectives
  • Supervise the advertising team on ensuring that all job schedules are met
  • Provide direction to Design House/ suppliers/ in-house designer for execution of advertising jobs
  • Vet and approve all artworks, including suppliers’ advertisement run and marketing collaterals to ensure accuracy of print and information
  • Negotiation with suppliers on cost-control for each project based on given budget

Requirements

  • Preferably a Degree in Mass Communication
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in advertising agencies
  • Able to manage heavy workflow efficiently and in a well-organized manner
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of advertisement
  • Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
