Overall job objectives

Overall Human Resource Administration.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and maintaining all employees’ personnel record.
  • Check and monitor employee daily attendance, leave record and overtime calculations
  • Process and verify employee claims (eg. Medical, dental, transport, travel allowances)
  • Process employee workpass related matters (eg. Application, renewal, tracking levy charges)
  • Process and conduct onboarding and exit procedure
  • Procure, maintain and issuance of stationary, PPE and PE.
  • Plan and execute employee relations event
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local Governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.
  • Maintaining and ensuring all policies are up-to-date in accordance to statutory requirements and company’s practice
  • Assist in L&D administration eg registration and sourcing for training provider.
  • Processing administrative duties such as season parking related matters and keeping all service contract up-to-date
  • Address any personnel related queries from employees
  • Process any other duties as assigned.

 

Job Specifications

  • Local equivalent Diploma in Human Resources and above.
  • 3 - 5 years of human resource and office administration experience.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written. Due to demographic of workforce, ability to speak and write English and Mandarin is a must.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work independently and efficiently.
  • Possess effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous and with efficient follow through with all work processes
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with stakeholders of all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Understand and respect confidentiality of employees’ personal data
  • Advance Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint  knowledge will be an advantage


Key Deliverables

  • Timely and accurate verification of data for payroll processing, claims, ensuring compliance to the HR policies and guidelines.
  • Personnel data are efficiently recorded, store, and retrieved as appropriate.
