Sales Manager

Salary: 4500

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure proactive and effective growth strategies
  • Identify and assist with developing new markets, segments, products and distributors
  • Ensure that there is constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate policy/product making and strategy development
  • Design a strategic process to translate business growth opportunities into sales targets and execution strategies
  • Develop and lead annual sales budgets and strategic planning & execution process
  • Direct and deliver sales targets ensuring profitability
  • Drives setting goals and execution for the sales department, creating organizational capability, managing execution, and measuring results
  • Lead the sales team to consistently meet the assigned targets with emphasis to local needs
  • Design and execute strategies to successfully penetrate new accounts while generating new business from current customer base
  • Lead and execute market intelligence initiatives and strategic customer relationships efforts to gain complete understanding of market changes and customer needs
  • Constantly evaluate competitive situations and competitors’ products and strategies and recommend appropriate tactics to mitigate and prevent customer migration

Requirements

  • Must possess own car (car allowances provided)
  • Minimum five years’ sales experience in the construction industry
  • Proven experience in supervising and leading sales team
  • In depth knowledge of construction methods and standards
  • Successful track record in managing sales team
  • High ability in leadership and motivation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Exceptional presentation abilities
  • Strong, aggressive personality
  • Strong organizational skills
