  • Design, write, and update content for company collaterals including but not limited to: websites, intranet, brochures and promotional materials
  • Manage vendors to ensure timely publication of company newsletter on a quarterly basis to increase and promote CBM through thought leadership
  • Manage, collaborate and coordinate with various stakeholders on the company’s Customer Relationship Management Plan
  • Jointly develop and implement company branding strategy
  • Provide administrative support (e.g. media monitoring & record maintenance, minutes taking, etc.)
  • Oversee and monitor company general feedback channels
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Preferably possessing diploma or equivalent certification in Design/Marketing/Communications with 2 years’ experience
  • Entry Level candidates with strong design acumen and proven work records are welcomed to apply
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)
  • Excellent communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Pro-active self-starter and able to work well in small teams
