Work Week: Mon - Sat, 5.5 work week, alternate Sat upon confirmation

Job Scope:

• Invoices customer based on tariff in Account Profile

• Generate invoices for posting to customers

• Generate monthly summary reports for customers

• Interact with internal and external customers on rates amd charges disputes.

• Attend to customers's enquries

• Ensure jobs are received promptly and billings on time

• General administartive duties

• Provide guidance to Billing Assistant / Junior staffs

Skills Required:

• Basic Airfreight Knowledge

• Basic Billings knowledge

• Computer literate

• Positive Working Attitude

• Readily complies with procedures and regulations and is exemplary in conduct

• Abilities to take actions whenever necessary to get work done


Experience and Qualification

• Minimum GCE "O" level

• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experiences
