Logistics Officer (East - Alps Avenue)

• Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Executive for daily Warehouse & Admin tasks
• Plan and book Air space and co-ordinate with Freight Customer Service on Air space requirements
• Update and send admin reports to customers / superiors
• Ensure all orders are imported and PGI by end of each day
• Communicate with customer OM on daily order and necessary requirements
• Release shipments according to outgoing SOP to forwarder/trucker
• Manage billing matters
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the Superiors

- Skills Required 
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word is required
• Able to work independently and take initiative to manage one's job
• Able to multi task and manage several customer accounts
• Able to communicate with customers and internal team members

- Experience and Qualification 
• Candidate must possess at least a NiTEC/Diploma in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
