Receptionist and Administrative Officer (Maternity Coverage)

Salary: 1800.00

Receptionist and Administrative Officer (Maternity Coverage) – As a Receptionist and Administrative Officer at RoviSys, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the operations of the organization.

Description of work
 
Receptionist
  • Provide frontline customer service on front desk.
  • Welcoming and receiving clients/visitors.
  • Attend to walk-ins and handling to their needs and enquiries.
  • Handling incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain appropriate office communication and information flow systems
  • Equipment/Delivery receiving.
  • Ensure reception, meeting rooms, common areas are well-maintained.
  • Any ad-hoc duties or projects when necessary.

Administrative Officer
  • Responsible for day to day general office takes or administrations.
  • Keep up to date of office general filing systems (eg: scanning/filing or operations records such as Sales Orders, Invoices, POs. etc).
  • Coordinate and assisting in travel arrangement (eg: hotel booking for overseas guests)
  • Overall office management  such as maintaining office supplies/inventories and regular checking of office stocks.
  • Liaise with different vendors and manage procurement on facilities issues on office stocks, pantry stocks, equipment etc.
  • Collection of mails from letter box, sorting and distribution to intended recipients.
  • Arranging couriers.
  • Support company events or activities including coordination or organizing of vendors/venue/logistics arrangement.
  • Providing support to HR and Finance division when needed.
  • Any ad-hoc duties or projects when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Min GCE ‘O’ Levels.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience.
  • IT savvy, familiar with MS office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
