Due to expansion, we are seeking highly competent and motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed to join our team as:
Technical Support Executive - Phone & Email (up to $3,200/month)

Technical Support Executive – Phone & Email (up to $3,200/month)

Remuneration Package:
•    Salary: up to S$ 3,200.00 per month (after confirmation and depending on experience) inclusive of variable allowances and incentives

•    Manage inbound & outbound technical/sales enquiries via phone and email
•    Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues and guide customers through resolution procedures pertaining to electrical home appliances with accuracy to meet pre-defined KPIs
•    Ensure follow-up actions are taken on outstanding cases in a timely manner 
•    Provide superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems on the spot by using the right methods/tools

•    2 years customer service experience
•    Ability to compose grammatically correct and concise emails, with good understanding of etiquette for written communications
•    Independent and able to work within the tight timeline
•    Strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
•    Must be technically sound and capable of creating fluid sentences with impeccable grammar and with above average typing speed
•    Prior experience in electrical installation and maintenance of home appliances is an added advantage
•    Ability to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers is a must
•    Singaporeans and Permanent Residents Only

Additional Information:
•    5.5 working days (Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays, 9am – 6pm); 44 hours per week
•    Contact Centre environment
•    Working Location at Tampines
•    Shuttle service provided on selected timing
