Our contact centre facility, located in Tampines Biz-Hub, provides huge seating capacity and is equipped with the state-of-the-art technology.

Due to expansion, we are seeking highly competent and motivated individuals with a strong drive to succeed to join our team as:
Customer Service Executive (up to S$ 1.8k/month)

Salary: 2000

Customer Service Executive (up to S$ 1.8k/month), Order-Taking Call Center

 

Remuneration Package:

  • Salary: up to S$ 1,800.00 per month (including variable allowances)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, enquiries and feedback
  • Provide accurate and efficient processing of orders

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Computer Literate
  • Has Customer Service experience
  • Able to work on rotating shifts:
    • 8am to 6pm
    • 12pm to 10pm
    • 6pm to 4am
    • 10pm to 8am

 

Additional Information:

  • 5 working days (Mondays to Sundays; 1 weekday & 1 weekend off); 44 hours per week
  • Contact Centre environment
  • Working Location at Tampines
  • Shuttle service provided on selected timing
