Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure update of training registration and scheduling for all employees at siteĀ 
  • Responsible in planning and administer all learning registration, schedules and
  • learning matters
  • Process learning application for all employees and update learning records in system
  • Coordinate with subcontractor and various department to ensure employees attend the relevant training courses and possess valid passes
  • Assist in administrative and other logistics support to office / site operations
  • Coordination for transportation of workers through and from the work site.
  • Upkeep and maintain training records of all employees in designated site
  • Assist in preparation of monthly reports
  • Carry out any other duties as and when required by the immediate superior or higher management.

Job Requirements:

  • NITEC/ Higher NITEC in HRM/ Business Admin or equivalent
  • 1 year relevant working experience preferred
  • Meticulous, Passionate about people and learning
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter with a keen ability to work independently, as well as part of team
  • Must be willing to work in Bukom Island
