Executive - Corporate Development

Salary: 123

To contribute as a visionary member of AHL to provide strategic and operational leadership in corporate development for next phase of transformation of AHL.



  • Conceptualise and market the Lodge locally and overseas of the signature and core competencies in caring for the whole spectrum of People with Dementia.
  • Establish connections locally and overseas for the Lodge to provide training and consultancy


  • Develop and implement sustainable fundraising strategies , events and activities
  • Enthuse donors  by building relationships with new and deepen relationship with existing donors and sponsors
  • Prepare and manage relevant fundraising reports, statistics and statement of accounts with Finance

Corporate Communications & Public Relations

  • Formulate, implement and manage communication and media strategies to enhance the Lodge’s profile and image
  • Develop corporate collaterals such as brochures, annual report, multimedia materials, etc
  • Manage and update communications via corporate website and appropriate social media /digital platforms


Synergetic and sustainable Strategic Community Engagement

  • Develop and maintain sustainable win-win-win partnership with strategic alliances, community partners and volunteers.
  • Co-create with strategic partners to champion the cause and support the strategic intents of the Lodge




  • Degree or Diploma, preferably in Marketing or Communication or relevant qualifications with 3 to 5 year’s experience in marketing , business or corporate development or communication
  • Familiar with charity protocol and fundraising regulations with be an added advantage
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, resourceful, result-oriented and highly motivated with outgoing, pleasant personality and positive attitude
  • Strong project management and event organization/management skills
