  • Receive and deal with customers in a professional manner, taking all necessary details including charges, contact numbers and customer complaint.
  • Control of parts orders, accessory orders and all subcontractors on site and off.
  • Issue jobs to the workshop staff prioritising where necessary.
  • Liaise effectively with customers ensuring customer expectations and satisfaction is maintained in line with company guidelines.
  • Liaise with workshop and body shop control and progress work through the system. 
  • To control all computer-based job, purchase and invoice processes, ensuring that company and customer financial interests are protected and that all monies due are collected prior to customer vehicle hand over.
  • Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • A strong customer service background.
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff.
  • I.T. literate.
  • Basic technical knowledge on motor vehicles.
  • Cost control and pricing awareness
  • Knowledge of Insurance claims would be an advantage
  • 2 years of relevant work in industry would be an advantage
  • Preferably with Class 3 driving licence.
