Business Development Executive

Salary: 2500

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source new business accounts
  • Prospect  business contacts
  • Appointment setting
  • Conduct sales presentation
  • Conduct client needs analysis
  • Account management (4Rs - Result, Resale, Referral, Relationship)
  • Work closely with in-house coach and facilitators to deliver best value for clients
  • Plan and participate in company events
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Passionate about Leadership Development & People Development
  •  B2B sales experience preferred, no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Enjoy meeting new people
  • Have good contacts for business prospects
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Able to communicate with Management and Leadership team
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
