Job Description:

  • Liaise with trainers and business partners to develop and plan training calendar, seminars, workshops and events and other training matters
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies on applications, audits, certifications etc
  • Manage training administration such as course registration, feedback, learning outcome surveys, systems administration, logistics arrangement, examinations management and any other administrative duties
  • Submit funding (SDF etc) applications and claims for clients and trainees, and ensure proper follow up of cases and receipt of disbursements in bank
  • Tabulate and enter examination/assessment results accurately into systems and spreadsheets; and generate results notification, reports and statistics
  • Compile and submit assessment results and statistics to relevant authorities
  • Provide customer service and support to corporate clients and individual trainees
  • Monitor and measure the satisfaction of clients and trainees, and be proactive in responding and managing client concerns and expectations
  • Compile and prepare analysis for evaluation forms and learning outcome surveys and submit to Principal for review
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any business discipline, preferably with more than 1 year experience in service or educational industries
  • Competent in Microsoft applications
  • Meticulous, systematic, organised and ensure proper and complete records for filing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels
  • Able to work independently without much supervision
  • Well rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
  • Good coordination and organisational skills
  • Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential
