Retail Leasing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate, maintain or grow relationships with relevant tenant leads.
  • Negotiate for the organisation and manage the expectations of the tenants.
  • Anticipate, follow up, answer to and meet the needs of tenants.
  • Develop new business opportunities of the organisation by meeting out to new potentials
  • Drive revenue growth for the organisation by cross-selling products and services.
  • Calculate and prospect the potential lifetime value of each tenants, thereby delivering different propositions to them
  • Conceptualise strategies to onboard new tenants, retain existing ones or improve underperforming tenants.
  • Ensure that all security and quality standards of the organisation are met when representing them.

Key Requirements

  • Possesses a university degree in business, real estate, hospitality or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing
  • Possesses integrity and upholds the highest service standards when representing the organisation
  • Proven record in negotiating, pitching, business development or account servicing.
