Business Transformation, Customer Experience Specialist

Salary: 9000

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Customer Journey Mapping initiatives to gather customer inputs for the delivery of customer-centred solutions, platforms and products
  • Ensure that Customer Engagement KPIs are met
  • Collabrate with Customers and Business Partners on complaints and feedback, look into root cause, analyse trends, implement corrective action plans etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications with minimum 5 years of relevant change/transformation experience in Financial Services
  • Execllent communication and stakeholder management skills
