Scope of Work 
  • Collate Outlet purchase orders and order stocks from supplier on time
  • Review and maintain inventories and order when required
  • Assist to source for new product and set up product codes in the system
  • Negotiate when required
  • Able to perform the operational activities related to processing of documents for Import and Export job
  • Track and monitor status of orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor deliveries against orders with Invoices and compute into data
  • Settle discrepancies with suppliers
  • Verify Supplier’s Invoices to Finance for payment
  • Provide monthly purchase reports and monthly closing reports  by 3rd of the month 
  • Ensure filing, updating of database and maintaining proper documentation in the system
  • Responsible for office stationery supplies and maintain adequate inventory 
  • Adhoc task assigned by line manager.

  • Min 1 year of experience
  • Prior experience with Purchasing, Import and Export function is advantageous 
  • Meticulous and detail oriented 
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) 
  • A strong team player
  • Able to start work on short notice
