Senior Corporate Marketing Executive

Supports the Head of Group Investor Relations and Corporate Marketing ions in the delivery of the aspects of corporate marketing and ad-hoc Investor Relations activities for DeClout Limited, a company listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange, and its subsidiaries. 


  • Execute corporate marketing plans that include direct mail (EDMs), email marketing, events, external and internal presentations, marketing materials 
  • Supports corporate events like press conferences/ interviews/roadshows, office visits, photo shoots, product launches, advertising & promotions campaigns and customer/partner networking events
  • Draft media releases, media responses and other communications materials such as news blasts, internal company announcements
  • Source, negotiate and manage design agencies and vendors to optimize resources in producing marketing collaterals and events
  • Update of the company's and subsidiaries’ websites and familiar with CMS tools
  • Plan and broaden social media presence to expand the business reach internationally
  • Manage all internal communications activities e.g.; quarterly newsletter, townhall, employee outreach activities and ad-hoc announcements
  • Ensure all points of brand and communications assets are current and accurate, and that all communications adhere to brand guidelines
  • Assist in ad-hoc Investor Relations activities such as presentations, FAQs, AGM, AR and investors’ queries etc.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast pace environment 
  • Ability to design on Illustrator / Photoshop will be an advantage ·        
  • An eye for design and interest in social / digital media
  • Familiar with CMS tools such as wordpress 

  • 3 to 4 years’ working experience in marketing communications
  • Has prior experience in corporate marketing/communications or working in a listed company
  • A good knowledge of design tools
