What does this role involve?

You will learn from a highly talented and passionate team of product & sales experts who know our business, our clients and the digital marketing scene. Though office based and on-the-road coaching and mentoring, you will be given all the training and support you need to become the best...all you need to bring is the right attitude, motivation and desire to succeed.

Ultimately this role is about new business development. You will be identifying prospective clients, cold calling to qualify them and organising face-to-face meetings to conduct a full business needs analysis to help you tailor-make a digital marketing strategy. As a trusted advisor to your advertisers you will develop long term relationships with them and with your knowledge and our technology you will be adding real value to their business.

You will be looking at building your portfolio of advertisers and your days will be spent focusing on the following activities:

  • Generating leads and cold calling to obtain appointments with potential advertisers
  • Attending face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions 
  • Effectively managing existing client relationships to retain revenue
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Proactively managing the customer experience and issue resolution process
  • Achieving set revenue goals and KPIs

What are we looking for?

  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
  • A hunter mentality and a ‘no fear’ approach to cold calling
  • Experience in telesales and ideally solution based selling (face-to-face sales experience desirable)
  • Ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships
  • A proven track record in sales 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills
