  • Manage inbound & outbound calls



As this role is required to support the respective markets, hence you would need to have at least ONE strong language proficiency, both written & spoken:

Simplified Chinese | Greater China Market

Traditional Chinese & Cantonese | Hong Kong Market

Korean | Korea Market

Thai | Thailand Market
