Role Specifics:

  • Able to be stationed in Malaysia at least 80% of the time for at least 1 year’s tenure.
  • Collaborate and consult with strategic clients. Expand the breadth of our engagements, offering solutions to clients that address their specific challenges and KPIs.
  • Hire and build an in-country sales team to target new customers and develop lasting relationships with our existing clients.
  • Analyse business performance to formulate sales strategies that equip us to drive revenue growth for Trakomatic.
  • Independently or via mobilizing the sales team, prepare and conduct strategic pitches or presentations.
  • Establish clear collaboration processes with channel ecosystem for business developments.

  • ~10 years’ experience in either sales, consulting or business development. Mid-level career professionals looking for a step-up in their careers are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced in collaborating and consulting with major customers with the goal of introducing new solutions, extending relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong background in new business development, nurturing client relationships and building consultative solutions.
  • Able to clearly articulate your thinking and recommended decisions.
  • Passionate self-starter, a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
