General Admin / Clerk (5 days / East Area)

Salary: 1500.00

Job Description

  • Licence related renewal or application matters
  • Keep track on supplier invoices payment, cash and bank reconciliation
  • Calculation of worker’s payroll
  • Updating and data entry
  • Filing and documentations
  • General administrative support to Operation Department/ Directors
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Initiative, flexible and able to work independently
  • Knowledge in MOM regulations will be advantageous
