Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 

1. Assist Facilities Manager in daily operational works.

2. Assist on all reports.

3. Assist to analyze daily reports, equipment health check reports, alarm reports including fire alarm and

other services.

4. Ensure timely, appropriate and adequate maintenance.

5. Ensure timely services reports submission/collation, scrutinize findings, and follow up action,

timely/proper execution.

6. Execute any follow up actions.

7. Prepare interim incident reports.

8. Prepare master maintenance schedule and mange deployment of resources as scheduled.

9. Responsible for deployment of resources according to maintenance scheduling.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years related experience.
3. Preferably candidates with knowledge 
Audio/Video (AV)  equipment.

4. Good knowledge in managing M&E facilities.

5. Possess following Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks.
  • Resourceful.
  • Self-motivated with high degree of integrity.
  • Highly Organized.
  • Excellent time management skills.
