We are now seeking for a Recruiter.

What will you be doing?

You are responsible to provide a consultative service to clients and candidates. Your core duties include conducting interviews and assess the suitability of potential candidates. Perform candidate screening and matching to client’s job requirements. You will be conducting interviews and recommend potential candidate profiles.

Part of your role is to provide prompt and professional services to existing and new clients to be responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities.

You are someone who is likes client contact, are personable, and one who can make quick judgements when on the phone. You also possess an outgoing personality with the ability to network and reach out within the organization to gain insight into the operations.

How can you qualify?

A minimum of Diploma qualification is the basic requirement for this position. You are fluent in both English and Mandarin and enjoy interacting with people. You have good computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and preferably with CEI Certification to settle into the role quickly.
