Administrative & Accounts Assistant

Salary: 1000.00

As an Administrative & Accounts Assistant, you will support the Finance department in invoicing and bookkeeping as well as assisting the management in coordinating internal meetings and managing their expense reports. In addition, you will focus on providing general administrative support in areas relating to Marketing and HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for employees’ travel management, including booking of flights and accommodation, and preparing documents for visa applications
  • Responsible for facility management, including liaising with building management and monitoring office supplies Bookkeeping and invoicing support, sorting of expense reports and managing petty cash
  • Assist management in coordinating internal meetings and managing their expense reports
  • Assist in events management, including venue sourcing, and ordering of food and drinks
  • Assist with new joiners' onboarding, including arranging photo shoots and welcome lunches
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and receiving mail

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma holder in Accounting or any relevant field
  • Internship or 1-2 years of work experience in accounting is preferred
  • Good communication skills; excellent spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team, to drive results
  • Takes initiative; self-motivated and driven; inquisitive self-learner
  • Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Currently based in Singapore and available immediately!
