HR Executive/Generalist (Competency: Food & Beverage), CBD

Reporting to the Managing Director this established role would ideally suit a proven and experienced HR Manager. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years and above in the F & B sector.

Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Process, Compensation & Wage Structure
 
You will need experience in a fast paced senior standalone HR role with day to day responsibilities as below:-
 

  • Working with the Board / Directors/ Store Managers to ensure that the strategic vision for the Company is implemented and worked towards through the HR Strategy.
  • Considerable budget control across multiple budgets.
  • Business focused HR function ensuring compliance with statutory legislation
  • Overlook payroll matters and other Human Resource related administrative functions
  • Update Company on labour law changes, amendments to ensure company policies and practices are in strict adherence to Singapore labour law
  • Manage the recruitment and engagement of employee resource
  • Support all aspects of training and development are carried out within the company.
  • Provide sound advice and support to the management team relating to employment and industrial issues and play an active and leading role in resolving them.
  • Liaise and support Group HR function and Communications team.
