Customer Service Executive

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:

Reporting to the Service Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible in providing administrative and sales support to service staff; attend to phone calls, filing of documents, data entry, purchasing and credit control; co-ordinate and plan attendance to customer service requests.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage help desk and attend to phone calls
  • Filing of documents, data entry
  • Co-ordinate and plan attendance to customer service requests
  • Register and monitor incoming orders
  • Monitor and update maintenance contracts and plan master PM schedules
  • Purchasing and credit control
  • Assist to invoice customers for services delivered
  • Prepare regular sales updates/reports for the Service Manager and the Team Leaders
  • Assist to generate quotations, delivery orders, PM checklists, stock transfer In/Out forms, etc.
  • Assist to prepare RMAs
  • Manage Service mini store, T-loan equipment, tools and PPE issued to the Service Engineers
  • Assist on yearly ISO audit

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Diploma in Business Studies, Accounting, Economics, etc. or NTC2 with 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge on MS Words, Excel and Outlook
  • A good team player, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude, coupled with the ability to take initiatives
