IT Support (SGD 5K - 9K)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily IT administrative and support activities with regard to the IT infrastructure
  • Perform maintenance activities onto networking systems
  • Support users in the company with regard to IT issues and provide On-site service, support and troubleshooting
  • Assembling and troubleshooting of IT hardware and servers
  • Involve in change management, incident review, and root cause analysis
  • Maintain the IT infrastructure and act as escalation point for end users and Tier 1 teams on incident service requests and change management
  • Assist in service fulfillment activities for end users on a need basis
  • Responsible for monitoring and communications/escalation with 2nd and 3rd level support, including local vendors/suppliers and service providers, in order to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
