Customer Service Executive

Job Function: Provide customer service and administrative support for managing 3rd party account in operations and warehousing services.


Responsibility and Authority

  • Attend to customer enquiries.
  • Coordinates and provide operations support.
  • Manage inventory to ensure timely storage and stock movement.
  • Prepare job sheet, coordinate with production workers, drivers and customer on delivery and warehousing arrangement.
  • Ensure quantity, no. of job and invoice amount is tallied.
  • Generate relevant reports on weekly and monthly basis or as and when required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superior.

General Requirement:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a GCE “A" Level / Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Diploma in Supply Chain Management preferably.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably with experience in Manufacturing / Production Operations.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (liaison with associates).
  • An approachable manner, good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to write reports and compile accurate records.
