Data & Operation Analyst (Order Management) (Perm)/S$4.2K/US MNC/Central

  • 5 days work week/ 9.00am – 6.00pm/Central
  • Basic Monthly Salary up to S$4,200 Based on 13 months (Depending on candidates qualifications and experiences)
  • Business/ Science/Computer Science Diploma with min 3 years of planning & scheduling, order management experience

Our Client, is a leading real estate company, focusing strategically on the key growth centres of Asia with billion worth of office, logistics, industrial, residential, retail and mixed-use properties across Asia, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Data & Operation Analyst (Order Management) (Perm).


Overall View of the Role
  • This position reports to the Engineering Processing Manager who is based in Singapore.
  • The incumbent will be working as part of a dedicated team within the engineering department, providing support to accomplish the workload in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills who is able to communicate clearly within the operations, with an ability to plan, organize and manage his / her time efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • He / she must be detailed oriented, self-motivated with a high ability to perform data analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process requests for database updates received from the Work Assignment Query Tool and generic Work Assignment emails.
  • Process of Work Assignment Service Requests and ensures the accuracy of the Work Assignment database.
  • Performs data analysis on Orders & Workload of Field Engineering teams, to optimize workload and efficiency for the Operations.
  • Organizes and schedules field engineering visits for Field Engineer’s assigned work; prepares and distributes Agenda Letter; works with relevant parties to resolve problems with visiting a Client’s location as needed basis.
  • Supports risk improvement efforts by following up with clients regarding the status of recommendations.
  • Communicates updates to Account Engineer and Field Engineer; provides Management team with risk improvement statistics.
  • Works closely with other staff to achieve overall results as needed, which may include assisting other areas of operations.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma in Business, Science or Computer Science or equivalent with min 3 years of planning & scheduling, order management experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Ability to perform data analytics using Microsoft Excel, Macros, Microsoft Access and other reporting tools;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Ability to proactively address routine issues with little guidance.


OTHER INFORMATION:
  • 5 Days Work Week/Mondays to Fridays/ 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Basic Monthly Salary up to S$4,200  + Good Performance Bonus (Depending on candidates qualifications and experiences
