Human Resource & Admin Assistant/Executive - Perm, Kaki Bukit

Salary: 2000.00

Job Description

Human Resource:

  • Handle payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate submission, including CPF Contribution, SDF, Tax Clearance
  • Generate and prepare pay slips for all staff
  • Handle R21 and IR8E and Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) submission
  • Administration of NS, Maternity, Childcare, paternity claims and training grants
  • Maintain accurate HR Database and up-to-date employee records (Times)
  • Computation of monthly sales commission
  • Prepare and generate all HR related letters eg. increment, promotion, letter of employment
  • Responsible for employment matters eg. Work pass applications, pre-employment examination
  • Organize of staff events and other ad-hoc duties when required

Office Admin:

  • Office purchasing function (e.g. office supplies, acquisition office assets)
  • Setting up meeting rooms, conference calls for internal meetings
  • Filing & archiving and other office administrative tasks (arranging for dispatch etc.)
  • Data entry and extraction of daily/weekly reports
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Diploma in Human Resource/Business or equivalent
  • Familiar with Singapore‚Äôs Employment Act
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR working experience in Singapore
  • Knowledge in MS Excel and Times would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills with all levels of people
