HR & Admin Assistant

Salary: 2000.00

Role & Responsibilities:

  • In charge of Purchase Order (PO) & prepare monthly PO report.
  • Delivery Order sorting with data entry & upload into system.
  • Monitoring and arranging driver's admin duties such as courses enrollment and annual health screening.
  • In charge on operation supplies such as CCTV, PPE, Walkie Talkie, uniform, helmets, glasses, stationery,pantry and etc. 
  • In charge on company truck such as vehicle inspection, road tax, vehicle insurance, VPC, vehicle fire extinguisher and SCDF licenses. 
  • CCTV monitoring (3 truck daily) with weekly report and monthly summary reports.
  • Random Speed Tracking daily on 3 trucks with monthly report.
  • Assist in incident investigation.
  • Other admin duties assign by manager.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR
  • Managing the full Recruitment life cycle.
  • Process Payroll, Benefits and statutory Tax.
  • Develop and implement HR policies.
  • Identifying Training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, performance appraisal and regular meetings with department head.
  • Maintain accurate HR database.
  • Plan, organize and make arrangements for company events and adminsters employee welfare. 

Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal skills, knowledge of MOM rules and knowledge of Timesoft.
