Team Leader (Customer Relations)

Salary: 0.00

You are responsible for handling customer enquiries, suggestions and complaints escalated from various channels such as branches, emails, hotline, partners and agencies, including processing of forms. You are required to investigate and liaise with various departments with a view to resolve customers’ issues. You are also expected to prepare various reports, perform service recovery and engage in different projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ Level/ Higher NITEC qualification, preferably with experience in customer service
  • Independent and resourceful team player with tenacity and perseverance
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work with colleagues to resolve issues
