Officer/Associate, Client Services

Salary: 2000

Principal Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for on boarding of retail, corporate and institutional clients
  • Handle enquiries on account opening and process applications
  • Liaise with clients, business units and trading representatives to ensure completeness of supporting documents in order to optimize turnaround time for account opening
  • Perform individual/entity name screening and client due diligence under AML/KYC rules in order to meet regulatory requirements
  • Conduct timely periodic reviews on corporate and institutional clients according to policies and procedures

 

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma/GCE "A" Levels/Degree
  • Customer focused and able to provide a high standard of client service
  • Ability to take ownership of client enquiries and possess  a "go above and beyond" attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Past experience in a similar capacity will be useful, however, a person with no client servicing experience but with a strong desire to develop a career in client services can be considered
